Title: The Flower and Willow World
Pairing: LaviYuu, slight, one-sided TykiKanda
Rated: PG-M
Warnings: AU, so there's no spoilers.  There's some smexing, but it's very nondescript.  This is the kind of thing that E for everyone in the LK fandom...
Disclaimer: Saya owns the play, but not the actors. They belong to Hoshino.
Summary: In the Flower and Willow world, one is allowed to love, but only if the person they love can pay the price for them. Sadly, Lavi can't pay that price. How does love bloom in the Flower and Willow world?

So yes...Saya decided to turn Kanda itto a crossdresser Geisha.  Clearly, this is not going to be historically accurate.  Saya did loads of research for this fic, so there are plenty of things in here (the basic training stages for a geisha, cosmetic names, kimono patterns/colors and their seasonal associations, etc) that are correct, but other things (Like men being geisha as most people know them) are not.  Saya's not expecting anyone to be so foolish as to take this and use it as a reference when researching geisha, but just for the record...no, it's wrong.

Anyway~! Saya hopes this 4-shot will stop you from killing her for updating Less then Innocent so slowly...^^;
Also, Saya's sorry that this is so long and there are no breaks...for some reason nothing she does to get this thing double-spaced will work on LJ.

1-Beautiful Disgrace

Kanda Yuu did not understand why he was the one who was sold. )

Notes:

1. An okiya is like a boarding house for geisha. They live there, and the okiya pays for their schooling and necessities.

2. Kamishichiken is the oldest hanamachi (geisha district) in Northern Kyoto.

3. First stage of a geisha’s training, where she goes to school and does daily chores around the okiya.

4. Maiko are apprentice geisha.

5. The hairstyles described in this fic will not be the traditional geisha styles, simply because it’d be a crying shame to bind up everyone’s pretty, pretty long hair...go creative rights?
